INGREDIENTS: |

pkg. McCormick enchilada mix |

8oz. cans tomato sauce |

3
C. water |

2
lb. hamburger |

flour tortillas – med. Sized |

Shredded
cheddar cheese |

INSTRUCTIONS: |
In
sauce pan, combine sauce mix tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 min. and set aside. Brown
hamburger and drain fat. Stir 1 cup of
sauce into meat. Coat
each tortilla with sauce. Spoon 3 Tbs.
meat mixture down center of each tortilla.
Fold over tortilla sides, place seam side down in 12 x 9 baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over enchiladas. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 15 min. |
