CHEESEBURGER SOUP

DO NOT BOIL

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 C. chicken broth

 

½ C. chopped celery

 

½ C. chopped onion

 

1 lb. Hamburger

 

2 C. rice (cooked)

 

1 lb. Velveeta cheese

 

1 can cheese soup

 

8 oz. Sour cream

 

2 soup cans of milk

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simmer celery and onion in chicken broth for 10 minutes.  Brown and drain hamburger.  Add Velveeta and cheese soup to the celery, onion, and chicken broth mixture until melted.  Add hamburger and rice to the mixture.  Add milk, do not boil.  Add sour cream last.
