3 C. flour | 1 1/2 t. salt | |

1 C. + 2 T. lard | 1 egg | |
|
|
1 t. vinegar | 5 T. water | |
|

INSTRUCTIONS: |
Cut lard into flour and salt until crumbly. Mix egg, vinegar and water, sprinkle over dry ingredients and mix with fork. Let stand for 10 min and roll out. |
