INGREDIENTS:

3 C. flour   1 1/2 t. salt

 

1 C. + 2 T. lard   1 egg

 

1 t. vinegar   5 T. water

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut lard into flour and salt until crumbly. Mix egg, vinegar and water, sprinkle over dry ingredients and mix with fork. Let stand for 10 min and roll out.
