C. hot milk |

- 1 C. coconut |

8oz. Cream cheese |
|

INSTRUCTIONS: |
Mix
sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually
stir in milk and set over hot water (double boiler). Or cook on top of stove, stirring
constantly until thickened. Blend
a small amount of hot mixture into slightly beaten egg yolks (approx. 1/2 - 1
cup). Cook
2 minutes stir constantly and add butter and vanilla. Beat
cream cheese until smooth and add 1/4 cup pudding at a time stirring
constantly until well blended and pour into shell. Can
stir in some cool whip when cool before putting in shell. |
