INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ C. flour

 

¼ t. salt

 

1 C. sugar

 

1 C. milk

 

¼ C. cocoa

 

1 t. vanilla

 

1 t. soda

 

1/3 C. oil

 

 

 

 

 

Filling:

 

 

 

8 oz. cream cheese

 

1 egg

 

1/3 C. sugar

 

1/8 t. salt

 

6 oz. (3/4 C.) chocolate chips

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Fill muffin cups 1/3 full.  Put one heaping teaspoon of cream cheese filling on top.  Bake at 350 F. for 15 minutes.
