INGREDIENTS:

3 C. flour

 

2 C. sugar

 

6 T. cocoa

 

2 t. baking soda

 

1 t. salt

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2 T. vinegar

 

1 t. vanilla

 

2 C. water or milk or ½ & ½

 

¾ C. butter (melted)

 

 

 

 

 

8 oz. Cream cheese (soft)

 

2 eggs

 

2/3 C. sugar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix together the first set of ingredients then add second set of ingredients to the first.  In a separate bowl mix the third set of ingredients, mix together well.

 

Fill cupcake papers ¾ full with chocolate mixture then spoon 1 ½ teaspoons of second mixture on top of chocolate mixture.  Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
