INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 C oat bran

 

1/4 C. firmly packed brown sugar

 

1/4 C. chopped nuts

 

1/4 C. raisins

 

1 T. baking powder

 

1/2 t. salt

 

3/4 C. milk

 

2 eggs - beaten

 

1/4 C. honey or molasses

 

2 T. vegetable oil

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat oven to 425 F.  Grease bottom only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.  Combine dry ingredients.  Add milk, eggs, honey and oil.  Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.  Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full; bake at 425 F. for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
